We have worked hard to accurately showcase the colours of our products on this website. However, please keep in mind that computer monitors can differ, and we cannot guarantee that the colours you see on your screen will match the actual products.
At Bodypaint Studio, once a purchase is made, items cannot be returned. Returns are only accepted if the product received is faulty or not as described. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that are returned after the 5-day grace period has expired or if the items are not in the same condition as when they were received.
Returns or exchanges are permitted under the following circumstances:
Defective Products.
We place a strong emphasis on quality control; however, if you receive an item with a manufacturing defect for which we are responsible, we will accept the return. After you provide images for verification via email, we will assess the issue. Once the assessment is complete, we will send you an email confirmation to initiate the return process. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please reach out to us.
Wrong Size.
We have included size and fit disclaimers in multiple sections of the website that are hard to miss and to ensure you check the size chart for each design before placing an order. That said, if certain items do not fit correctly, we may be able to facilitate a return or an an exchange based on product availability. To address this issue, please contact us at info@bodypaintstudio.com. Please note that delivery times for returned or exchanged items, subject to their availability, may vary depending on your location.
Initiating Returns.
We have a 5-day return policy, meaning you have 5 days from the date of receiving your item to contact us at info@bodypaintstudio.com regarding any issues.
To qualify for a return, all tags must be fully attached to the items being returned or exchanged. Items should be sent back in their original, undamaged packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.
Additionally, sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want after returning the item you have found fault in, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@bodypaintstudio.com.
Shipping and Liability
Bodypaint Studio is not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions. We also do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet the aforementioned return/exchange criteria at our sole discretion.
